Accessibility

Last reviewed October 13, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Ringerang's website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, or zoom. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely used in the United States.

What we've done

  • Every form field has a visible label, and error messages are read out with the field they belong to.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, you can always see where you are on the page, and "Skip to content" is the first link on every page.
  • The site follows your device's light or dark setting. Text and buttons meet WCAG AA color contrast in both.
  • Pages fit screens as narrow as 320 pixels, which also covers zooming in to 400%, without scrolling sideways.
  • Nothing on the site moves, flashes, or plays sound on its own.
  • Your browser or assistive tools can fill in name, email, address, and phone fields for you.
  • We check the site with automated tests and by keyboard whenever we change it.

Known limits

  • Payment. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, which Stripe runs. If it doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help you sign up another way.
  • Login codes expire after 10 minutes for security. You can ask for a new code at any time.
  • Calling a business that uses Ringerang. The receptionist answers by voice. Texts sent to a business's Ringerang number go straight to the owner, so if a voice call doesn't work for you, you can text the same number instead.

Tell us about a problem

If something on our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email help@ringerang.com. Tell us which page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days, and we'll help you get what you need another way in the meantime.
